Gary has over 20 years in technical recruitment supporting UK start-ups and scale-ups, through to established enterprise B2B / B2C SaaS.
Personally delivered over 200 hires into one of the UK first tech unicorns across Software Engineering, Product Management and UX Design.
Founding Talent Acquisition Manager for a B2B Adtech start-up responsible for all department headcount growth including Sales, CS, Marketing, Programmatic and Finance.
Gary’s focus is on trust and integrity, and feels this is the basis on which partnerships thrive, communities are built and forward thinking businesses succeed.

Why Ostara? I am a Father of three daughters, based near the Ridgeway and Uffington White Horse. As a family we like to honour the natural wonders surrounding us and celebrate the turning of the seasons together. Ostara seemed fitting since the business was founded on the Spring Equinox known as ‘Ostara;’ the Goddess associated with Rebirth, Renewal and Growth. The name reflects my passion for growing teams in business whilst simultaneously connecting to nature and my enjoyment of exploring the ancient lands here.
